What do you Mean Protein?

We have all heard it. Protein is important. But, really, it is. So many of us, especially women, are deficient in protein.

If you are in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, protein is so important. As women, we really do need to prioritize clean protein—pasture raised eggs, grass-fed beef, pastured, organic chicken, etc. It really does help.

In addition, there are SO many practices you can incorporate in your training to support your body during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause to ensure you are maximizing results and how you feel. I can help you with this. (I am there. I am doing this with you. Let’s get started!!)

Transitioning into your 40s and beyond does not have to be a sacrifice of your health, strength, and wellness. You just need to know WHAT to do and HOW to implement it. I can help you with this. Book an introductory call with me. Let’s talk.
